HELP----Medical advocacy for you and your elderly parents. You deserve personal service.
"I started The Parent Care Company because I saw as much pain and suffering on the part of adult children trying to manage their elderly parents' care as on the part of the parents themselves.

My own chronically ill parents lived in Virginia; I lived in Los Angeles; my sister lived in New York. It was a week-to-week, phone- call-to-phone-call worry. It would have been a relief to have had a physician go to my parents' home and completely assess the situation, not to practice medicine, but to determine the needed services, talk to my parents' doctors, help us coordinate those services, and 'be there' both for our parents and our family."

He is board-certified in neurology. He remained on the UCLA faculty for over 10 years and gained an MBA while there as well.

For the next 10 years, he was medical director of several large physician groups in the LA area whose patients included senior citizens with a wide variety of medical and social problems. He saw hundreds of adult children struggling to do the right thing by their parents, but not sure where to turn. Dr. Spooner's mission is to change that with the expertise, experience and compassion of The Parent Care Company.
